Use of the app

Sovereign is provided as a personal-use Android launcher. You may use it on any Android device you own or control. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures within the app

Purchases

Sovereign offers optional paid features available as a one-time purchase through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

Purchased features are tied to your Google Play account. Reinstalling the app on the same account will restore your purchase.

No warranty

Sovereign is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or OS version. Use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Updates and changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use of the app after a terms update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.
